Teachers Need Lesson Plan !!

well, guyss.. as a teacher candidate, I think that lesson plan is really important for me. It makes the teaching and learning process in the school running well because the teachers have a planning what they are going to do. it is also make the teacher and students can manage their time well. In my first semester in my college, all of my lectures in my college also use lesson plan and rubric for learning and teaching program, and I really felt the benefits of them. in my course ICT, my lecture teach me how to make lesson plan and rubric, he said that before make a lesson plan we have to make concept map.
well.. this is the example of lesson plan.

Objectives	At the end of this session, students should be able to: 1.      Understand the features of narrative. 2.      Infer the moral of text. 3.      Describe events and characters of text. 4.      Arrange the picture and paragraph to be a good narrative text. 5.      Write a narrative text.

Core	1.      Teacher starts explain about narrative text with use Microsoft Office Power Point. 2.      Ice breaking about narrative text. -  Teacher decide class into 4 groups, every group 5 students. - Teacher gives random pictures and texts about narrative text with different theme in every group (fairy tale, fable, mhyth, legenda). 3.      Teacher pay attention and give score for the performance of students. 4.      Teacher assists students in writing narrative text and answer questions when students have difficulty writing.	1. Students pay attention the material from Microsoft Office Power Point.      2. Ice breaking about narrative text. - Students make circle in every group. - Students discuss with their small groups to arrange the random pictures and texts to be a good narrative text. - Students determine events and characters and infer the moral of the text.                   3. 2 of 5 students in every group presented their result of ice breaking.     4. Students write a narrative text and collected after completion.	8 minutes 17 minutes 20 minutes (5 minutes for every group) 15 minutes
Closing	1.Teacher evaluate and reflection for students by individual.	1.  Students do work paper from teacher.	10 minutes
